Designed to teach youth the essentials to peak athletic performance all while decreasing injury potential. Accomplished by obtaining proper movement patterns, improve mobility and balance, and increase strength.

    • Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
    • Individualized plan with progressions throughout the training
    • 2-3 training sessions per week in a small group (1-5 clients/fitness coach)
    • Progress tracking
    • Appropriate for youth, young adults, adults.
    • Sessions scheduled to accommodate sport season schedules

Designed to transition individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injury back into sport or life after the pain has subsided to improve movement patterns and ultimately performance.
