If you
experience headaches, neck pain, shoulder, arm or hand pain, back
pain, hip, leg or foot pain, chiropractic manipulation could be
beneficial to you.
-
When a joint in your body has been
injured, whether it is caused by a single traumatic event (ex.,
a fall or accident) or a repetitive activity (ex., poor posture
or swinging a golf club), your body creates an inflammatory
process (aka swelling).
-
This inflammation does not allow
the joint to move freely. If the joint stays in this position
for a period of time, your body continues to produce the
inflammation.
-
This lack of motion and
inflammation cause pain and adhesions in the joint.
-
Chiropractic adjustments break up
the adhesions the inflammation creates in the joint and allow it
to move freely and rid the joint of the painful inflammation.
Chiropractic treatment also boosts your immune function to help you
fight off infections and other illnesses.
-
Your spine houses your spinal cord
and nerves which control all body functions including your
immune system.
-
When the joints in your spine are
not moving properly your nervous system is unable to function at
its best
-
Chiropractic treatments restore
joint function in the spine which enhances your nervous system
and in turn, allows the immune system to be at its best.
